The variety of face time opportunities creates a unique environment that encourages lifelong relationships between buyers and resource suppliers. Most Importantly, the GSN Buyers Conference is the key fundraiser for our non-profit association with all net proceeds directly benefitting GSN. Invited buyers are chosen based on their proximity to the event location, buying needs and capacity, and interest in sustainable or green products. Qualified buyers participate in one-on-one meetings to talk business and network with a variety of spa and sustainability resource companies. The GSN Buyers Conference is funded entirely by GSN’s Supplier Members and is the top fundraiser for our non-profit organization.

The structured face time with key buyers, along with the fun networking opportunities and sustainable education creates an intimate environment that has proven to be more productive than traditional tradeshows. Early Bird $7,200 by 2/28/19 (a $500 savings off of the full rate). A 50% deposit is due upon registration with the balance due 60 days prior to the event. GSN Member & Sponsor discounts apply to above rates for active or current Green Leader Members and Sponsors.

How Can I Attend as a Buyer?
The GSN Buyers Conference is an invitation-only event. Buyers are selected based on their proximity to the host location, the size and buying ability of the property, and interest in purchasing eco-friendly or sustainable products. For consideration, applicants must have significant business within the spa and wellness industry. When should I plan to arrive / depart?
Our meeting space will be available for supplier set-up as early as 2:00pm on Sunday, May 5th. We won’t kick-off with official programming until 6:00pm Sunday evening with a welcome reception. One-on-one meetings will take place Monday & Tuesday and we will conclude with dinner Tuesday night. Wednesday is strictly a departure day, so please feel free to plan your departure at your leisure. Civana has offered special group rates for early arrivals and late departures so guests can take advatnage of onsite programming. Stay tuned for details. Full agenda coming soon.
Business casual during our meetings will be fine. Casual attire is welcomed for any of our receptions and dinners. We want you to be comfortable!
Room reservations will be made on your behalf. As part of your registration, room and tax are included for the nights of Sunday, May 5th through and including Tuesday, May 7th. Additional nights can be arranged for you (indicate your preference in the directory information request). Additional nights and all incidentals will be on own. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am.
Transportation to the property:
If we receive flight details from you, ground transportation will be arranged for you to/from the Phoenix International Airport on Sunday, May 5th and Wednesday, May 8th. An e-mail prior to the event will be sent out detailing what time and where to meet your driver. A manifest of outgoing transportation will be available onsite Tuesday morning. At this time, we are not able to provide transportation for early arrivals or late departures.
Meals will be provided by the extraordinary culinary staff of Civana. We have collaborated on the menu, with an emphasis on fresh, wholesome, gourmet food that will support your ability to focus on the business at hand. We will take any noted dietary restrictions into consideration when planning the menus and everything will be clearly labeled for your convenience.
