Your legacy membership as a Cultivator Spa will spotlight your business at a highly visible location on the GSN website and in other key marketing collateral, identifying you as a leading spa in launching this industry-changing enterprise. In 2007, stories on the Green Spa Network appeared repeatedly throughout the year in major print and on Internet sites, including the San Francisco Chronicle, Travel and Leisure and About.com, with a combined publication of over 43 million impressions.

· Membership in a thriving network of green spa professionals and experts

GSN’s founding Seed Spa members and board of directors include some of the most creative leaders in the green spa movement. As a Cultivator Spa you will also be networked with green architects, organic product makers and green business specialists, among others.

· Benchmarking

Cultivator Spas will collaborate in developing a self-benchmarking program that will be rolled out to future membership levels. As a beneficiary of the first phase of our work with the Seed Spas, Cultivator Spas will receive a prototype self-benchmarking template, designed to help you review and record your current sustainability practices and track your progress as you move towards a more sustainable business model.

· Collaborative Online Process

GSN uses a web-based communications tool as the “home” of the community of Seed Spas, Cultivator Spas, directors and advisors. This online community allows us to exchange information, collaborate in producing documents, schedule and report on meetings, manage To-Do lists, and brainstorm new ideas. This password-protected Intranet provides a repository for our documents, and a collaborative tool for developing and testing our information and resources.

· Green Spa Tool Kit

Built on these collaborative efforts, the Green Spa Tool Kit is designed to be a user-friendly guide for spas that are following the sustainability path. The Kit is a password-protected, on-line repository, which is frequently updated with new resources, information, and networking opportunities. Cultivator Spas will continue to contribute their sustainability experiences to this resource.
